WHAT IT IS

A premium water-based solvent-free microfiber leather — the cleanest synthetic leather on the market. Unlike conventional PU leather that relies on DMF (dimethylformamide) solvents during production, our water-based process eliminates toxic chemistry entirely. The result: a material that passes the strictest OEKO-TEX and REACH standards without compromising on feel, durability, or aesthetics.

WHY IT MATTERS — The DMF Problem

Conventional PU leather manufacturing uses DMF as a solvent. DMF is classified as a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) under EU REACH. Residual DMF in finished products poses health risks to consumers and workers. Major brands — especially in Europe — are actively phasing out DMF-containing materials from their supply chains. Our water-based process uses zero DMF, zero VOCs, and zero hazardous air pollutants.
